Acceptable Use Policy

Room for lawful adult curiosity

The assistant is designed for direct answers to lawful adult questions, including sensitive or unconventional subjects. This does not authorize illegal abuse or direct harm. Context matters; defensive security, education, fiction, and debate are not automatically prohibited merely because they discuss sensitive topics.

Prohibited assistance

Do not use the service to request or generate sexual content involving minors or people of uncertain age; sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate material; credible targeted threats or operational instructions for imminent serious physical harm; credential theft, destructive malware, ransomware, botnets, or unauthorized real-world attacks; fraud, identity theft, or theft-oriented evasion; doxxing or disclosure of highly sensitive personal data; or spam and platform manipulation at scale.

Do not bypass account limits, share paid accounts, forge payment events, probe other users’ private content, or expose the private inference endpoint.

Enforcement and appeal

Requests in prohibited categories may be blocked with a brief explanation. The default progressive control pauses an account after five serious blocks within 30 days. Support can review an appeal and an authorized administrator can reactivate an account with a recorded reason. Automated screening can make mistakes; contact support@noboundsai.com for review without including unnecessary sensitive information.

Crisis statements

If someone describes imminent self-harm, the product provides a supportive response and crisis resources. It does not punish, strike, or ban them for that statement. The assistant is not a clinician or emergency service.

Limits of automated checks

The local development rule set is only a testable prototype and can miss euphemisms, other languages, indirect intent, and adversarial phrasing. Production requires a separately evaluated classifier and an operational appeals process. No screening system is comprehensive.
